Development Timeline:
(general idea of when we will need different skill sets)
Week 1
- June 12 thru 18
- 20 volunteers needed
- Layout and install metal floor system and metal basement walls, finish basement metal stud walls and put floor pan down
Week 2
- June 19 thru 25
- 20 volunteers needed
- Help unload metal building components, measure and lay out materials and begin assembly
Week 3
- June 26 thru July 2
- 20 volunteers needed
- Raise walls and trusses using rented crane with professional operator, boom and scissors lift will be rented and operated by trained volunteers, begin building metal partition walls in basement, installing insulation and rough-in plumbing and electrical
Week 4
- July 3 thru July 9
- 20 volunteers needed
- Roofing, metal siding, continue building partition walls in basement, installing insulation and rough-in plumbing and electrical
Week 5
- July 10 thru July 16
- 20 volunteers needed
- Metal siding, install doors, complete insulation and partition walls in basement and rough-in plumbing and electrical
